Our Estate Vineyards provide the backbone to this Napa Valley Merlot. Aromas of plum jam and coffee emerge from the glass, enhanced by toffee and cedar notes from oak aging. Juicy black cherry flavors on the palate meld beautifully with a rich, velvety dark chocolate character on the long, round finish.
Blended with: Petite Sirah (jammy mid-palate), Cabernet Sauvignon (tannin structure), Malbec (plush texture) & Syrah (spice)

The 2019 harvest was long, mild and generous. Our vineyard crews patiently tended the vines, allowing for long, slow ripening that intensified color, structure and tannin. A slow and steady harvest let us take our time in the cellar as well, to fully capture the gorgeous varietal nuance and dense, dark character of this outstanding vintage.”
