Sauvignon Blanc

Oak Knoll District
Napa Valley
$24.00 CLUB

This wine offers an authentic expression of cooler-climate Sauvignon Blanc. Its bright, natural acidity is juicy and thirst-quenching, while complex aromatics and lifted flavors of grapefruit and citrusy lime are accented by wet stone minerality. The elegant, textured mouthfeel leads to a clean, crisp finish.

Vineyard & Harvest Notes

  • Little Cannon, Oak Knoll – citrus, bright acidity, minerality
  • Carpenter, St. Helena – pear and honeysuckle
  • Whisky River, Pope valley – pineapple and ripe pear
  • A long, consistent growing season pushed harvest into early September, and our Sauvignon Blanc grapes were all in within just a couple of weeks.

This bright and refreshing wine is perfect to enjoy at a festive dinner party. It pairs beautifully with hors d’oeuvres—think prosciutto-wrapped melon—and makes a truly versatile white option for the main course, too.

Oak Knoll AVA

  • Just south of Yountville, bound by the Napa River to the east and the Mount Veeder AVA to the west.
  • Ideal for maintaining natural acidity, marine influence from the San Pablo Bay makes Oak Knoll a “sweet spot,” with temperatures averaging 10°F cooler than Upper Napa Valley.
  • Oak Knoll typically has the longest growing season in Napa Valley.
