Cherries jubilee is a dessert where brandied cherries and vanilla ice cream create a love child, much like what you will find in this delicious gem. Crafted of Merlot from a single parcel on our Little Cannon estate vineyard, hints of cinnamon brioche, graham cracker, cocoa and Christmas herbs add to the allure. Velvety texture upon entry allows your palate to explore the ripe cherry, vibrant plum and pomegranate fruit. A dark chocolate finish is slightly dusty but speaks to youth with a balance of oak notes. Only seven barrels were made of this gorgeous wine.

We can see from our aerials a swale where an underground current has pulled the fluffiest soils on the estate. Also, the weakest, which winemakers love because it means small berries and concentrated flavors, each and every vintage.
