An intensely vivid version of Merlot. Exotic açai berry is layered over floral aromatics of Satsuma plums and sour cherry brightness. The lush, ripe fruit entry weaves seamlessly into the raspberry compote flavors with hints of dark chocolate and cocoa in this muscular, chewy wine. Roasted lamb lollipops served on a fresh herb farro salad would be a heavenly match.

Budbreak and bloom were on time after a late January chill.
Summer heat dried the soils quickly.
Small berry size and low yields made for dense and powerful flavor profile.
Our 40th vintage saw perfect harvest weather and incredible quality.
