The Terroir
13 acres of Hopper House Vineyard is dedicated to our signature varietal: Merlot, with 5 additional acres planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. On the north side of Hopper Creek, the bale loam soils and long, warm days are tempered at night by the creek’s cooling influence, offering the perfect terroir for exceptional Napa Valley Merlot.
