By signing up and receiving the benefits of Markham Vineyards Wine Club Membership, each member agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
Minimum Purchase / Automatic Renewal
You agree to purchase a minimum of two Shipments or incur an early termination fee equal to the sum of your discounts received, or $200, whichever is greater. Your Membership begins with the purchase of the initial Shipment and continues year to year until otherwise canceled by You or Markham Vineyards.
Payment
You authorize Markham Vineyards to charge your credit card on file at the time Markham Vineyards processes the Shipment (typically two weeks after the first announcement email) for the cost of each Shipment and any applicable tax and shipping costs.
Shipments
Shipments are made by common carrier to your residential or business address on file (no PO Boxes) unless you have requested to pick up the Shipment at the winery (see Shipment Pick-Up, below). You are responsible for keeping Markham Vineyards updated on your current address. An individual over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the Shipment.
Markham Vineyards can ship only to those states which allow legal shipments of wine (currently we cannot ship to AK, DE, IN, NJ, RI, and UT). Shipments to Hawaii must be sent via air.
Once Markham Vineyards processes a Shipment, it is unable to alter or cancel the Shipment, and you are solely responsible for managing the shipment (through the FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice, as applicable). Charges to redirect or return Shipments are your responsibility, and you authorize Markham Vineyards to charge your credit card to reimburse it for such charges if incurred by Markham Vineyards.
Shipment Pick-Up
If you wish to pick up a Shipment at the winery, you must notify Markham Vineyards at hospitality@markhamvineyards.com at least 24 hours prior to processing the Shipment you wish to pick up. Markham Vineyards will hold the Shipment for up to 45 days from the Shipment release date. After 45 days, Markham Vineyards will send the Shipment by common carrier (see Shipments, above) at the Member’s expense.
Shipment Customization
You are welcome to customize your Club Shipment, provided you meet the minimum cost of each Shipment. Shipment cost is dependent on the wines selected by Markham Vineyards for each Shipment.

Entertainer: $320
Collector: $675
Returns
Because wine is perishable, it cannot be returned. If a Shipment does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days from delivery so that we can address your concerns. Shipments that are returned due to a carrier’s inability to make deliveries must be resolved within 14 days, after which Markham Vineyards is not responsible for storage of the package and the Shipment will be disposed of properly. Members will be contacted via email and have 14 days to plan to receive the returned order. The order must be re-shipped at the Member’s expense at the standard ground-shipping rate.
Cancellation and Skipping Shipments
After you receive two Shipments, you are eligible to cancel your Membership or skip a Shipment by sending a request to wineclub@markhamvineyards.com at least 14 days before the next scheduled Shipment release date. Markham Vineyards may terminate the Membership if more than one skipped shipment is requested in a calendar year.
Acknowledgment of Terms, Certification of Legal Age, and Credit Card Authorization
By applying for Membership, you agree to the following:
I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to the Markham Vineyards Wine Club Terms and Conditions, including that the Membership continues until canceled. I further authorize Markham Vineyards to charge my credit card on file for all associated wine club charges.
Markham Vineyards Wine Club FAQ

Yes! Markham Vineyards will hold the Shipment for 45 days once processed. After 45 days, the Shipment will be shipped to your primary address on file. Applicable taxes and shipping will be charged to your payment method on file.
Yes! You will need to meet the cost of the standard club selections, but you are welcome to choose your preferred wines if you wish. This can be done in your online profile.

While your Membership is on hold, you are not eligible for Wine Club Member Benefits, and you are not required to purchase a Shipment scheduled for release during the hold. Markham Vineyards may terminate the Membership if the hold period exceeds one Shipment.
