Carneros’ proximity to the bay’s cooling fog allows Pinot Noir to ripen slowly, developing layered complexity in the glass. A pale salmon hue, this lovely wine offers up notes of rose petal, fresh strawberry, summer berries, and white nectarine. The palate echoes the nose, joined by watermelon and red apple notes. The perfect complement to a fresh Greek salad or grilled shrimp tacos with spicy citrus slaw.
