With eight years of aging in the ideal conditions of the Markham Cellar, this release has transformed beautifully in bottle. Look for aromas of graphite, satsuma plum and dusty cocoa powder alongside notes of vanilla toast and anise. The palate expands with flavors of plum, cassis and vanilla toast over a lovely bright fruit core.
