Tambor Vineyard lies at the southern end of Mt Veeder AVA, on a northerly facing slope. Shielded from afternoon heat, these old hillside vines are renowned for low yields and brilliant concentration. Their flavorful fruit reflects Mt. Veeder’s flora, with pretty anise notes, wild violets and brambly boysenberry.
