Crafted from a single parcel on Little Cannon Vineyard, this gorgeous Merlot opens with lush forest, bright cherry and fresh plum aromas. On the palate, ripe red fruit, tobacco and savory roasted mushroom join in. The medium body and round, velvety tannins make this wine incredibly food friendly. We love it with slow-braised short ribs on a bed of buttery mashed potatoes.
